Set in the present day in a small east coast city, Buddy and Pam is the story about politics, science, love and betrayal among a group of men and women. Pam is a struggling writer trying to find herself in the midst of the storm of present day America - pursued by John who wants to marry her, best friends with Joe, who really loves her., John, the son of Robert Anderson is caught between finding out what and who he wants and trying to please his powerful father. Joe is his own man, a brillant scientist who knows more than he says and does more to get what he wants and needs than people think.
