"I recognize myself in the central metaphor of this work, which depicts a person who is alienated and crushed by an oppressive, apocalyptic world that the desperately lonely individual cannot stand anymore. Society does not understand him. Conversely, he does not understand society. The painting has both mainstream and niche appeal, because it is visually spectacular, in a hallucinatory manner, but at the same time it taps into an elite audience's cultural and esthetic openness towards archetypal artistic references to the collective unconsciousness". (Sebastian Cosor)
The movie won Best Romanian Animated Short and Best Balkanimation Short at Animest 2011, Best Animated Short at Filmul de Piatra 3.0, Sony Special Prize at FUTURE SHORTS 2012, Giuseppe Maestri Prize of the CORTI DA SOGNI Festival, the award for Best Animated Short at Anonimul 2012, the Grand Prize at FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE ANIMAÇÃO DE HORROR, Best Foreign Animation Short Movie at Balkanima 2012
