The closing event of the Bitfilm Festival will take place in Hamburg, Germany's media capital and hometown of the Bitfilm company, from July 9 to 11
For the first time our venue will be the Planetarium, located in Hamburg's central park, the Stadtpark. It has evolved into a centre for media art and audiovisual live performances. Equipped with the most advanced digital projection technology, we will be able to show films from our competition programmes on a 360 degree full dome, as well as a special selection of films made especially for domes. The most important part of our Hamburg event will be the award show. We will present the most popular films and disclose the winners. It will take place on Wednesday, July 9. |
