Bitfilm's opening event will take place in Hamburg, Germany's media capital and Bitfilm's hometown. Date: October 17, 2011 Venue: Passage Cinema, Mönckebergstraße 17. Doors open: 7:30 PM. We will start with a reception with Indian snacks and drinks. Then Ms. M. Subashini, Consule General of India in Hamburg, will light the "lamp of the festival". Our opening programm will consist of highlights from the three competitions. Film makers with a film in the competition and journalists may register for free. A limited contigent of tickets is available for a price of 8 Euros, which includes the reception and about 90 minutes of films. |
