ORIGINALLY FORMED AS AN EXPERIMENT INTO MIND CONTROL, THE PROJECT HAS SLOWED DOWN IN RECENT MONTHS DUE TO OTHER ACTIVITIES WHICH THE MEMBERS ARE INVOLVED. ALL MEMBERS OF BOOTLEG PIRATES ARE UNKNOWN, AND THEIR NUMBER IS UNCERTAIN.
