Conscious Life is the directorial debut of Tobias Feltus who, for the past few years, has been working under the name FeltusFeltus as a collaborative effort with his brother Joseph Feltus. In 2005 they produced Solo Duets (dir: Jospeh Feltus) which has now claimed 4 awards including the Jim Poole award for Best Short Film, the Silver Dragon for Best Animation, and most recently Best Short Film at the Cinéma Italien Nouvel Air, presented by Jeanne Moreau and Pierre Cardin. They have also held two solo exhibitions of photography in Italy, and participated in multiple group exhibitions and art fairs around Europe. Following their branding and album work with the Scottish musician Ainslie Henderson, Tobias has worked with Aereogramme on Conscious Life and promotional photography, created HoboTalk’s latest album artwork, and worked on the STV documentary following the creation of the Ballads Of The Book project album, contributing stills photography and pixilated sequences.
