Paul Lipsky, a resident of Plainview, New York, teaches computer graphics to graduate students at the New York Institute of Technology within the Communication Arts department. Since entering academia full time in 1999, he has lectured internationally, organized presentations with industry leaders, won five industry awards for his work and published on bridging the world of theory and practice. In addition to his academic work, Lipsky is a international award winning animator with over 15 years experience as a professional 3-D animator. Some of his past clients have included: HBO, CBS, and The Disney Channel.
