In 1998, TALANTIS FILMS DISTRIBUTION is created to provide short-films and short series to all media support.
In 2003, the company opens a new activity through TALANTIS FILMS EDITIONS by releasing the DVD “IMAGINA TRIPS” issued from the Imagina Festival of Monaco. The DVD is a compilation of the best cgi short animation.
In 2004, TALANTIS FILMS signs with the Cannes Film Festival to develop the Short Film Corner and presents the Star Wars Fan Films Awards in partnership with Lucasfilm (www.starwars.com).
In 2005, TALANTIS FILMS acquires the worldwide exploitation rights of the Imagina brand of the Monaco festival.
In 2006, the company remains attached to cgi animation and launches the first 3D animation festival for children with Publicis in Paris (www.festival-passages.com).
2007 is the beginning of the company’s production work with a short-film based on a true story entitled “1710 Steps” (www.1710steps.com).
