All films selected by the audience will be screened at the Bitfilm Festival Hamburg in November 2010. The most popular films of each category will receive the Bitfilm Awards donated by the Federal State of Hamburg.
Film makers, journalists and representatives of the German and international media industry will be invited to this exclusive event in Germany's media capital. We will disclose the venue and exact time in the near future. The Bitfilm Festival is supported by the Hamburg Authority for Culture and Media. All submitted films will be shown on the Internet, but we will only disclose the films the audience has chosen at the live event. Some film makers will be invited to Hamburg to talk about their films and hold workshops. The Bitfilm team will talk about the production process of this unconventional film. A party with DJs and VJs will round off the Bitfilm Festival Hamburg. The premiere of the feature film will take place in early 2011. |
